Implemented a new Information System for the head of Siemens S.A.S in Paris that now has more than 100 daily users.
As a Business Intelligence (BI) project leader; customised and set up the BI platform required by functional individuals and outsourced (strategic developments) to Siemens Business Services and finally trained 30 key users from the Financial Direction department.
Data Warehouse Informatics correspondent providing a drilled down report of global financial information to individual responsibility centres through a controlling/profit analysis cube (enabling sales and profit analysis by orders, managers, sellers, divisions, time and 12 others analysis axes), an account payable (including aged customer balances), an account receivable, a cash flow forecasting and a credit management tool.
Directly reported to the CFO, helping controllers to finalize quarterly financial meetings in München together with monthly Executive's committees, Enterprise committees, KPMG meetings, internal audit presentation, etc. Implemented a spreadsheet macros program that freed up company resources and reduce the time required for company committee presentations by 3.
Centralized and coordinated general internal financial communications. Conceived databases from the data collection to the practical application in order to minimize time consumption of future queries.
Recommended and initiated a project of archiving bills on an electronic format, now used by the Account Receivable share services, the project saves tenths of square meters in Paris's offices.
